D7でEntity　referenceを有効にする。不足していたモジュールは下記

• Entity　　https://www.drupal.org/project/entity

D7で移行モジュールを入れる

• https://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/entityreference_migration-7.x-2.x-dev.tar.gz

Go to admin/content/migrate-references, select the fields you wish to convert,and click confirm.
